It is unclear how good a hand this is. The opponents’ silence makes club length (or extras) in partner’s hand likely. If so, I do not think we should strain to bid game on minimum values. Two hearts now appears to be enough. Who knows — if the opponents balance or partner bids on, I can reveal my true colors. Jumping to three hearts directly might cause partner to get carried away and turn a plus score into a minus.
