I am not normally comfortable with the idea of rebidding a five-card suit, but partner has implied club length here, so two clubs is surely the better part-score. The trouble is that bidding might make it easier for the opponents to find their heart fit. Still, I would bid two clubs and then take the push to the three-level (if necessary) via a call of two spades.
