Two no-trump is right based on high cards, but my concern is that this might make it hard to reach a diamond slam or that it will get us to three no-trump when game or even slam in a minor is just as good a spot. I am going to go a different path. I will open one diamond and jump to three no-trump over a one-spade response while inventing a jump to three clubs if partner bids hearts.
