Although this is entirely a matter of partnership agreement, I would advocate playing calls of one no-trump, two clubs and two spades as natural, while two no-trump can be used to show the other suits with extreme shape. This hand qualifies for a call of two no-trump. As a passed hand, one can use one no-trump as the unbid suits and maybe two no-trump as the minors.
