Contest the part-score with a reopening double. It is rare to act again after opening one no-trump, but your holding in the opponents’ suit is almost ideal here. (A small doubleton is the perfect holding.) You are happy if partner leaves your double in, too, since you hold three-and-a-half tricks on defense. For the record, partner can take out into a suit or can bid two no-trump showing two or more places to play.
