This is a tough problem. Your first reaction might be that partner may have four hearts and extras and that you will miss a game if you pass. Then again, wouldn’t your partner now jump to three hearts, invitational, if he had extras and four hearts? After all, he can cue-bid with a game-forcing hand; so that is what the jump should mean. I’d pass, even vulnerable at teams. The risk of four or more losers is too high.
