I could pass, but there is still a chance of game if partner has 11. I will rebid one no-trump. That part-score should be perfectly playable, even if we miss a 5-3 heart fit. I am reluctant to raise the major with a completely balanced hand, so a two-heart call does not appeal. Incidentally, passing here often requires you to compete higher than if you bid one no-trump.
