Cue-bidding to show a good raise of a minor ought to show more than for a major, since the target is so often three no-trump. A call of two spades here shows invitational values facing a weak no-trump hand. You do not quite have that here, so you can either make a simple raise of clubs, my choice, or bid one no-trump.
