All your cards are working, so I can see a case for jumping to three hearts here. If you had the heart 10 as well, you might take that high road, but this is probably just a two-heart bid. Incidentally, you are more interested in three no-trump than four hearts — picture partner with both major-suit aces. Much may depend on your normal opening-bid threshold as to whether the jump is appropriate.
