A takeout double could work, but I do not particularly fancy playing four spades with a 4-3 fit, and I have plenty of defense with my two aces. I would pass here, but I might consider doubling in the balancing seat, since the chance of partner passing for penalties with trump tricks over the preempter seems higher to me.
