I cannot see past my honor sequence, so I would lead the spade queen. I have one chance to make a lead through dummy’s strength; the spade queen is more likely to achieve this than the other side suits. Anything could be right, but I choose to believe I am dealt sequences for a reason! For a spade to cost blood, declarer would typically need a spade honor in hand, which is unlikely on this auction.
