If two hearts here is natural (some use the call as artificial — hearts or game-forcing balanced — look up Kokish relay bridge convention, bidding and responses), there is a good case for playing an artificial negative. For that, some use two no-trump, while others use three clubs. If three clubs is natural, I will bid it. If it is negative, I guess I’ll raise to three hearts showing values and three trumps (which I almost have).
