A splinter bid of four diamonds is possible, but that usually shows four-card support. Also, you have the strength for a second action. Start with a simple three hearts instead, to conserve space. Splinter bids in two-over-one auctions should either show a minimum, looking for a perfect fit opposite, or a strong hand. Bidding three clubs and then raising hearts (or jumping to four hearts over fourth suit) is also possible.
