Partner has shown the majors, but consider passing to show clubs. Two clubs doubled could be your best spot, and opener will be under pressure to act if he does not have clubs. Two diamonds would be natural, and two spades is what you would have bid without the double. If you wanted partner to pick his major, you would redouble, but now you have a free shot, assuming partner will remove with short clubs, in which case you can revert to spades if necessary.
