The answer depends on your system. You should anyway realize that no common system allows you to show a strong minor 1-suiter and slam ambitions and a splinter. My system does allow this, but unfortunately for all but the ♣ suit. Therefore, your system should allow you to show your 1-suiter and slam ambitions (7 tricks to be added to at least 5 with partner’s strong 1N opening) with a 3♣ call. Partner’s response will tell you whether he has strictly less than 6 winners, 6, or at least 6 1/2. From there, you will check for leaks and hopefully land in a grand slam with the help of a Blackwood that support minors without going overboard. If you do not have such BW, learn about mine in my books: the Comfortable Blackwood that should become the new standard.
Not sure that 5 clubs would score any higher than 3NT
